Bill spent nearly 15 years at Bridgewater Associates, where he rose to Head of U.S. Advisory & Public Pensions - leading the firm's relationships with pensions, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional consultants across the U.S., Canada, the Middle East, and Asia. At Bridgewater, he served as a senior interface between the firm and its largest LPs on performance, risk, capacity, liquidity, and transparency, and was a published research contributor to Bridgewater's Daily Observations on portfolio construction and institutional decision-making.

Bill founded Plinian Strategies to bring that allocator-side perspective to asset managers and ventures at inflection points - whether navigating a first institutional fundraise, structuring a capital advisory engagement, or building the investor relations infrastructure required to scale.

Bill holds SIE, Series 3, 63, 65, and 79 licenses and is a registered representative of GT Securities, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. He is an alumnus of Colgate University and Columbia Business School.
